Art Nouveau Style Brass Card Tray Attributed to WMF
Item Details
An Art Nouveau style brass card tray attributed to Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik. This piece features a highly detailed repoussé surface depicting the goddess Diana in a hunt scene. It is signed in mold to the underside by the maker with marks attributed to AK & Cie, for Albert Kohler u. Cie., Vienna. The company was acquired by WMF in 1900.
