A vintage Chinese relief molded ginger jar. This rotund earthenware vessel features a raised motif of intertwined lily pads and herons. It is decorated with mottled brown, green, and magenta glazes on a vivid teal ground. The piece is marked to the base: ‘China.’ It is presented on a pierced wooden pedestal.
