Antique Ganter Bros. Wall Clock

An antique Ganter Bros. Ltd. wall clock. The clock is made by the Ganter Bros. of Dublin Ireland and features a mahogany and rosewood wood case with a drop style displaying a round bonnet on a wood frame. The clock has a circular hinged, brass-framed and glass covered door on the front that features a white metal face with black Roman numerals and hands and a key arbor. Other features of the clock include a drop style case with a glass front door that features a frosted design and an embossed brass pendulum, an eight-day bell and strike movement and a hook on the verso for hanging. The clock is Circa 1880 and was serviced 1/7/2018 and is labeled ‘Ganter Bros.Ltd of Dublin’ on the interior.
