A Chelsea Boston U.S. Government 24/12 ship’s clock, serial # 866239, circa 1980-1984. Designed with black metal housing and white dial with Arabic hour markers and black metal hands. Stamped to top ‘Chelsea Clock Co. Boston’ and to bottom ‘U.S. Government’. Back stamped ‘Chelsea Clock Co. Boston’ with engraved number.
