A circa 1920s offset lithograph print on paper after a painting by well-listed American artist and illustrator Robert Atkinson Fox (1860 – 1935). The Impressionist-inspired piece depicts a bucolic landscape scene at daybreak, with tall trees surrounding a glassy pond against pink and blue skies. The image is signed in plate to the lower right. It is presented under glass in a vintage wooden frame fitted with hanging hardware to the verso.

Condition

- toning and discoloration to image; changes to glass with age; surface wear to frame, with scuffing, nicks and scratches throughout; frame’s backing paper has been torn away.
