Item Details
A circa 1910s antique Japanese handwoven blue silk haori jacket, hand decorated in a yuzen resist dyed design with gold tone surikahu leaf accents. The design features gold tone Japanese maple leaf motifs and multicolored snowflake motifs with sayagata, shippou, asa no ha and saigaiha patterns accenting each snowflake. The shoulders and sleeves are lined in yuzen resist dyed silk with orange bamboo leaf motifs and a red kanoko pattern throughout. An orange woven himo is present to the opening.
