Antique Haviland & Co. Porcelain Pitcher with Pewter Lid

An antique 19th century Limoges porcelain pitcher by Haviland & Co. This pitcher features a braided nautical-themed handle applied to a white cylindrical form decorated with a colorful bird and floral motif. It is topped by a removable hinged pewter lid. The underside is marked in a blue circle, ‘Haviland & Co. Limoges’ and in green ‘H & Co’. It also bears an embossed registry mark.

Condition

- minor surface wear and markings throughout; the rim of the pewter lid is loose.
