An antique Harrison & Gibson Ltd, Ilford mahogany sideboard with hutch. This Arts & Crafts style sideboard is from the now defunct London based furniture company, renowned for quality furniture and furnishings. This sideboard features a pagoda style crown with dentil molding and arched frieze with lotus detailing in relief. The upper unit features a beveled mirror back, with mirrored side wings with candle stand style shelves, and fluted column supports. The cabinet or sideboard below features two shallow drawers with dovetail construction, ornate pulls, and two carved recessed panel doors that open to lower storage, over full width bracket feet. The left side includes one interior shelf, and the right side includes one interior shelf, two lower compartments, and one pull out drawer. The hutch is attached by screws and brackets to the sideboard below.
