A collection of vintage nautical artworks. Featured is a 1976 William Plante photograph titled, Yellow Bird. The color photograph focuses on a pair of sail boats moored in a marina in subtle hues of yellow, brown and white. It is signed in plate in silver to lower right and presented under glass with neutral mat, metallic silver lining and silver metal frame. The photograph is numbered ‘6001-S’ and dated 1974 to verso and has a wire, ready to hang. Other artworks include a gold tone metal sculpture of a ship, three original paintings of boats and fishermen, including a watercolor signed by Peggy A. Weaver, a gouache and chalk signed by S. Braque and a folk art watercolor, unsigned. Completing the lot is a mid-century reproduction Currier offset lithograph titled, Clipper Ship ‘Nightingale’, printed by the Columbus Bank Note Company. There are six items total.
