Chinese Porcelain Pedestal Plates
Item Details
A pair of matching Chinese porcelain pedestal plates. The square plates with curved corners present with a hand-painted scene of a meandering waterway with green hills alongside, small boats, houses a walking bride and figures. The plates are seated to a round footed base and bear an apocryphal Tongzhi reign mark, however, they were likely produced during the Republic period (1912-1949).
