1847 Rogers Brothers "Lovelace" Silver Plate Flatware Set

A set of 1847 Rogers Brothers silver plate flatware in the Lovelace pattern. The pattern features a flared Sandringham shaped handle with a pierced floral design at the terminal. The set includes eight dinner forks, eight salad forks, sixteen teaspoons, eight place spoons, eight dinner knives, eight butter knives, a master butter knife, a sugar spoon and a salad fork and spoon serving set. Each piece bears the makers marks on the back. The set comes in a hinged, wooden flatware storage box.
