Antique Victorian Walnut Upholstered Settee

Item Details

An antique Victorian walnut upholstered settee having wing backs and a serpentine top rail having a pierced crest featuring a cabochon flanked by two carved feathers. The settee has a button tufted back, rolled arms with walnut scrolled handholds and a long seat. It is upholstered in a blue-grey damask with an ivory gimp trim and rests in front on short cabriole legs joined by an apron with a carved embellishment. There are no visible maker’s marks.
