An oil painting on board signed by listed artist Alvah L. Browning (American; 1864-1947), titled Rainier Park, Washington. This Impressionist style painting depicts the titular national park from the vantage point of a wide, dirt road lined with trees and shrubbery. It is contained by a wooden picketed fence with a calm body of water and mountainscape to the distance. The painting is presented in a mottled wooden frame with hanging wire and a typed tag denoting the artist to the verso.
