Item Details
An oil painting on canvas board by an anonymous artist. This piece depicts a lone, empty row boat floating at the edge of a pond that opens up into a larger body of water. There is a barren tree on the bank to the left and a line of tall, brown grasses. The work is unsigned and presented in a gold tone wood frame with a painted border in the cove and wire to the verso for hanging.
Condition
- some accretion in the image area; image board is slightly bowed; nicks and scratches around the frame; corner joints do not meet evenly.
