A 1982 artist’s proof relief print on paper by listed German artist Bernard Kroeber (b. 1942). The piece depicts an Expressionist-inspired seaside landscape of red and olive green houses that line a waterfront of teal waters, accented with bursts of yellow and rose throughout. The piece is signed ‘Kroeber 82’ in plate to the lower left, with a signature by hand of ‘Kroeber, 82 A.P.’ to the lower right. The print is double-matted and presented under acrylic glazing in a wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- fading and discoloration to print; wear, scuffs, scratches and nicks throughout frame.
