Franklin Mint "Life of Christ" Cylinder Music Box
Item Details
A limited edition Franklin Mint Life of Christ cylinder music box featuring a mahogany exterior with gold tone metal ornaments and borders throughout. The top, front and back each feature medallions which illustrate stories from the life of Jesus. The piece includes two ornate gold tone metal bails and handles to each side. The lid is supported by a piano hinge and opens to reveal the glass topped works of the music box. The box includes a label with a list of the songs played by the box. The underside of the box is marked as ‘The Life of Christ Millennium Music Box’ and an edition number of 413 out of an edition of 5000.
