Item Details

An antique traditional Chinese ceramic roof tile. The tile features a sculpted depiction of a guardian lion to the top on a cylindrical shaped base with stepped sides and a rectangular base. It has a warm brown glaze and no visible maker’s marks.

Condition

- small crack on the inside, small chips to lion and to the front of the tile
