Contemporary "Rose Medallion" Tureen and Platter
Item Details
A contemporary Rose Medallion ceramic tureen and platter. This ceramic pair of serving items includes a lidded tureen with round gold tone finial, domed top, gold tone handles and tapered bowl on round foot in a colorful floral motif with figures in a courtyard. The underside of the tureen bears an apocryphal Qianlong reign mark, however, both items were produced in the mid to late 20th century. Comes with an oval platter with gold tone rim and floral accents, marked ‘huakai fugui’ (花開富貴) to the underside.
