A Denby fine china dinnerware set. The china set, Denby pattern Contrariwise, features five stylized bright polychrome flowers suspended from a bright green rim. The set includes fourteen dinner plates, fourteen soup bowls twelve salad plates, twenty bread and butter plates, nine saucers, nine teacups, one teapot with lid, one creamer, one sugar bowl with lid, one round lidded vegetable bowl, two oval serving platters, one round serving bowl. Circa 1978.
