A graphite drawing on paper titled The Night I Bought Mushrooms by artist Laura Furlong. This work features a still life and depicts a footed dish filled with lemons, a pair of eggplants, and a scattering of mushrooms arranged atop a flat surface. It is signed and dated ‘’65’ by hand in graphite to the lower right corner. The work is matted in blue and presented behind glass in a silver tone wooden frame with a paper backing and metal hanging wire to the verso. Adhered to the verso is an Owensboro Art Guild exhibition label specifying the title and artist.

Condition

- discoloration to paper; creases with some tearing and wear throughout paper; scratches and dents throughout frame; some tears to paper backing.
