A pair of oil paintings on board of abstract figural scenes by R. Watson, dated 1971-1974. The selection includes the titles Harbor Cove (1974) and Farewell Sail (1971). This surrealist style pieces depict the silhouettes of ambiguous figures standing near the coast. The works are signed and dated in paint to the lower corners. The artist’s last name and title are inscribed to the versos. An informational brochure from ‘Saks Galleries’ is included. Both pieces are presented without glass, housed in wood frames with black and silver-tone finish.

- minor wear throughout the frames; minor stains and minor dirt residues throughout the frame.
