An antique aquatint etching on paper titled Rectory of Charles Kingsley Everslay, England by listed British artist Alfred Dawson. The print depicts an detailed rendering of the rectory, viewed from across a pasture where a few cows are grazing. The work is signed in graphite to the lower left margin. The printed information to the lower margin is faded and illegible. It is presented behind a white mat, under glass, in a black wood frame, and is ready to hang with twine. A label from Doll & Richards, Inc. is attached to the verso.

- light toning to print and mat. Debris under glass. Minor wear to frame.
