A circa 1898 lithograph on paper titled Teatro Regio Torino after a poster illustrated by G. Boano, published in Les Maitres de L’Affiche (Masters of the Poster). This well-known series, published from 1895 – 1900 by renowned French printmaker Jules Cheret (1836 – 1932), was offered as a subscription and reproduced what were considered the best advertising posters of the time. This print is signed within the plate to the lower left. It is marked as plate 192 to the lower left, and is marked with a blind stamp to the lower right. It is presented unframed, awaiting your choice of presentation.

Condition

- toning and scattered foxing to print. Wear to edges, including some loss.
