A reproduction print on paper of the White House after listed American artist Howard Watson (b. 1929). This work depicts the front lawn of the White House in winter with people holding signs in front of the fence. The piece is signed in plate by the artist to the lower left. It is also inscribed to the lower margin with a note of thanks and includes the printed signatures of Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter. The print is presented behind glass in an aluminum frame with a hanging wire to the verso.

- moderate discoloration to image; some dirt behind glass; mild abrasion wear to frame.
