A hand-colored albumen print photograph of the Julian family. This work depicts a smiling couple, Morris and Doris, and their young son Gary Neal Julian, all tenderly tinted in a warm tone palette of green, blue, and brown. Morris has been photographed in a military uniform. This portrait is matted under glass in a wooden frame with a gilt finish and a wire for hanging. There are handwritten notations adhered to the verso identifying the family members along with the baby’s birthday and the couple’s wedding anniversary.
