A facsimile plaster sculpture of a walking lion after Louis Vidal. The sculpture is signed, ‘Vidal 1X11’ on top of base and incise numbered ‘65’ to back side of base. Vidal (France, 1831-1892) is recognized for his animal sculptures.

Condition

- multiple chips in copper tone finish, in plaster base, in tail
- one ear repaired
