An oil painting of a landscape on canvas by an artist signing the work ‘W. Kas.’ This piece depicts a winding stream lined by trees, their leaves tinged with orange and brown. The painterly scene is bathed in cool, clean daylight and is marked with an incised signature to its lower left. It is mounted in a molded wood and gesso frame with a length of wire to its verso.
