Motoi Oi Original Etching
Item Details
A whimsical color etching titled "Golden Kitten" by listed Japanese artist Motoi Oi (1910-2004), depicting a curious cat with lively designs. Motoi Oi was trained in Japan in Western and Japanese painting and in the late 1950s moved to the United States to teach art at Queen’s College in New York. Moto Oi’s paintings and prints are in the collection of renowned museums including the New York Metropolitan. This etching is a numbered and signed limited edition being #90/250 and signed in pencil in t lower right corner. Housed in a silver tone frame this print comes with a certificate of authenticity from the Park West Galleries.
