Imperial Jingdezhen "Beauties of the Red Mansion" Porcelain Collectible Plates
Item Details
A pair of collectible plates from the series Beauties of the Red Mansion by Imperial Jingdezhen Porcelain. Included are ‘Pao-Chai’ and ‘Yuan-chun’ which feature a colorfully detailed figural vignette to the well with an inscription and red seal. They are finished with an intricate geometric border to the edge. Each plate is inscribed to the verso, dated, and bears a logo. They are marked: “Artistic object. Precious metal pigments may be toxic. Do not use for eating.”
Condition
- minor marks and faint scratches throughout consistent with gentle use; items are not intended for contact with food.
