Two oil paintings on composite board of still life compositions attributed to artist Kathryn Tauber (American, 20th-century). Each unsigned work depicts colorful floral still life compositions. The paintings are presented loose without mats or frames.
Tauber is a regional American artist known for her still lifes and portraits. She studied under painter Fernando Ascarza (20th-century), a supposed friend of well-known Cubist Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881 – 1973). Describing herself as a hobbyist, the artist has never before presented her works to the market. EBTH is proud to offer Ms. Tauber’s works for the first time.
