1870s Walnut Dresser with Mirror

Item Details

A circa 1870s antique chest of drawers, in walnut. It has a tilt-adjustable, oval mirror which attaches to the top, with shaped and pierced supports. The body of the piece features two upper and three lower drawers, each with two rounded wood knobs and hand-cut dovetail joinery. The piece has a shaped apron to the bottom front, and is unmarked.

Condition

- cosmetic wear and finish discoloration consistent with age. Mirror glass is in quite good condition and may be non-original.
