Antique Victorian Walnut Chest of Drawers

Item Details

An antique Victorian walnut chest of drawers. This rectangular top chest with beveled edges overhangs a conforming case. The case supports four full width, stacked drawers. The drawers feature dovetail joinery, escutcheons, and leaf carved handles. This piece terminates on bracket feet. There are no visible maker’s marks. This item is located on the second floor.

Condition

- crack in top panel; some stains present; oxidation present; nicks, scratches, and scuffs throughout; discoloration to stain; chip in bottom panel of drawer.
