A Kundo brass electromagnetic mantel clock. The clock is a Kleninger-Obergfell electronic, electromagnetic carriage clock with a brass and glass case. The clock features a contemporary style with a brass handle with decorative grips and a bracket-style brass frame. The frame has glass panels on all four sides that display the detailed gears and workings of the clock including a white metal face with raised brass Arabic numbers and modern style hands. Other features of the clock include a magnetic pendulum that swings through a fixed drive coil, a brass drum head with an eight-day movement, a battery compartment and a plinth style base with adjustable brass feet. The clock is marked ‘Kundo, Kleininger-Obergfell’ on the verso.
