An oil painting on canvas by artist Kathryn Tauber (American, 20th-century). The work depicts a snowy winter park next a church with bell tower. The piece is signed to the lower right corner. It is presented in a gold tone wood frame with a wire to verso for hanging purposes.
Tauber is a regional American artist known for her still lifes and portraits. She studied under painter Fernando Ascarza (20th-century), a supposed friend of well-known Cubist Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881 – 1973). Describing herself as a hobbyist, the artist has never before presented her works to the market. EBTH is proud to offer Ms. Tauber’s works for the first time.

- minor cracks to paint; chipping throughout frame particularly to sight edge; uneven paint and wear to frame.
