A model H.M.S. Victory ship in a wood display box. This wood mode is comprised of wood and depicts the H.M.S. Victory which was a British ship that launched in 1765, best known as Lord Nelson’s flagship during the Battle of Trafalgar. The wood model includes intricate applied detailing, fabric masts, string line, canvas flags, and a laminated paper label. The ship rests on a wood stand with a bronze tone name plaque which reads ‘Victory 1805’ and is encapsulated by a glass paneled display case with a dark toned wood frame which rests on carved bracket feet.
