French Louis Auguste Moreau Bronze and Spelter Mantel Clock for Imperial
Item Details
A French Louis Auguste Moreau (1855 – 1919) bronze and spelter mantel clock for Imperial. The clock, cast by Belotti Artistic Foundry, features a lounging woman and small cherub figure with a round clock face with Roman numeral markers behind glass, and two key winding arbors on the face. The face is marked ‘Imperial’ and the works stamped ‘Germany’. The clock is signed on verso. A winding key and manual/booklet are included.
