A selection of circa 1950s Adderley bone china tableware in the Aqua Green Lowestoft pattern. This sixty piece group includes dinner plates, salad plates, bread and butter plates, soup bowls, dessert bowls, cups, saucers, a teapot, a lidded sugar bowl, a creamer, a gravy boat, a round covered vegetable dish, an oval vegetable bowl, and an oval serving platter. Each piece has gilt trim and is decorated with aqua foliate designs and pink, yellow, red, and blue flowers. They are marked ‘’Lowestoft’ Adderley Bone China Lawley England’ to their undersides. Also included is a tea infuser with aqua and gold tone trim.
Condition
- minor losses and discoloration to trim; small stains; chip to underside of rim on one plate; residue and stains to teapot, sugar bowl, and tea infuser; several repairs to handle of creamer.
