A semi-antique room sized hand-knotted Bijar wool area rug. This rug features a red, dark blue, beige, white, and pink palette of stylized palmettes in a mina khani pattern. It has a compound border with a primary band in predominantly red with pink, white and dark blue geometric patterns wit alternating palmettes, flanked by stylized floral meander guard borders in the field colors. It has overcast edges and cropped warp fringe to each end. It is unlabeled.
