A late 20th-century Chinese watercolor and gouache painting on silk. The piece depicts a mountain landscape covered with lush trees and green foliage, with a small sampan boat navigating a river to the foreground. An inscription reads ‘auspicious spring’ (春祥 chun xiang) alongside a red seal. It is bordered in tan patterned silk and presented under glass in a wooden frame with gold tone finish, fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
