1950s Shoe Shine Joe Battery-Operated Toy Monkey
Item Details
A battery-operated Shoe Shine Joe toy, produced circa the 1950s. This toy depicts a seated monkey wearing a cap, glasses and an apron, polishing a red boot and holding a corncob pipe in its mouth. The underside of the base is marked ‘Made in Japan’.
Condition
- wear and discoloration; stains and residue; cracking of plastic; untested.
