A commemorative Warner Bros. animation serigraph on celluloid acetate of Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd. This four-panel cel depicts the aforementioned rabbit and Elmer Fudd in a comical scene, as Bugs applies fertilizer to Elmer’s head, which blossoms red flowers. To the lower right corner is a certified seal. The acetate is presented plastic glazing beneath matting in a black wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.
