A grouping of three original hand-painted animation production cels of Michelangelo from the hit cartoon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. A certificate of authenticity is included, which states: “The term ‘CEL’ refers to one of a series of animation drawings that has been transferred to an acetate sheet, painted by hand, and then photographed against a background.’ These three cels are not reproductions, but production cels used in the animation of the television program. Included is an image of Michelangelo standing, an image of him lifting a barrel overhead, and a close-up image of him with a worried expression. The items are presented in their original plastic and cardboard packaging.
