Pair of European Style Swords with Scabbards
Item Details
A pair of swords with scabbards. This pairing features a straight, double-edged sword with a brass-toned Scottish-style basket hilt and glass bead ornaments, over a black grip with braided cord and button pommel, presented in a silver-toned metal scabbard with two suspension rings and a flattened chape. Also included is a straight, single-edged backsword with a ridged wooden grip and brass-toned pommel and antler-shaped crossguard of a style similar to late 15th century Spain and Portugal; the blade is etched ‘Made in Pakistan’ and the sword is presented in a black leather scabbard with red stitching.
