A circa 1962 plaster bust by Austin Productions titled The Lovers. The piece depicts a male and female couple, their eyes closed and their faces pressed together, suggesting a loving embrace. The work includes a painted bronze tone finish throughout. The piece includes a marking in mold to the verso of the base that reads ‘Austin Prod 1962’.
