A 1987 watercolor painting on paper by artist Jim Knutson. This painting depicts a lighthouse and manor situated on a sloped hillside surrounded by lush foliage, rocks and wooden posts. This overlooks a vast body of water to the distance featuring single-masted sailboats gliding across the surface. To the lower right corner is a dated artist signature. The painting is presented under glass beneath layered matting in a stained wooden frame with a sawtooth bracket to the verso for hanging.
