Oneida Silver Plate Coffee Service with Silver Plate Candlesticks and Tableware
Item Details
An assortment of silver plate serveware. This assortment features a four-piece coffee service by Oneida Silversmiths including one lidded coffee pot, one creamer, one open sugar bowl and one round wide-rimmed tray. The items feature angular handles with a maker’s mark to the undersides. Also included are a pair of candle holders with floral-rimmed dome bases, two silver rimmed cut glass bowls, a round gadroon-rimmed tray, and a candelabra featuring three sconces, twisted arms, and square drip plates embellished with chased scroll and grape vine designs. The central column rises above a square base with curvilinear edges and a matching chased design. The underside is lined in maroon felt.
Condition
- Bowls have tarnish and spots to to rims; trays show surface scratches; candle holders have significant tarnish, wax residue and loss of silver plating.
