A group of circa 1950s vintage embellished occasion handbags. The selection includes a white satin clutch adorned in clear sequins and faux pearl beads, creating a kite shape pattern along the front, with a flap and snap closure; an ivory beaded handbag including a gold tone chain handle, a gold tone hinge frame with kisslock closure, a silver and white foliate beaded design and an ivory twill lined interior, including a mirror; a black beaded handbag including a gold tone chain handle, a hinge frame with rhinestone kisslock closure, a floral beaded and sequin design and a black satin interior lining by Richere.
Condition
- to fair; lining of sequin and pearl beaded satin bag has makeup marks on the inside of bag, beads coming loose; beaded ivory bag has staining and missing beads on the exterior, minor staining on the inside of bag, chain handle and frame are tarnished; black beaded handbag fabric is wearing at corner, hardware is tarnished
