Ghicdo and Picchi Gouache Paintings on Plastic of Portraits
Item Details
A pair of gouache paintings on plastic of portraits that appear to be signed ‘Ghicdo’ and ‘Picchi’. One of the work depicts a sophisticated woman in period dress with curly white locks. The second work depicts a nobleman with a blue sash across his chest. Both works are signed by hand. They are presented in gilt and gesso frames with leaf motif molding and pink velvet liners. They are ready to hang with hanging hardware to the versos.

- accretions; chips and cracks to to gesso embellishments of frames; discoloration to mats and to the versos.
