An architectural salvage lot including five assorted newel posts, a turned column with stained finish, a fluted column with painted finish, a Barnes Mfg. Co. cast iron well pump, a wooden stand, a metal garden gate, an assortment of sconce wall plates, an alligator-shaped lawn sprinkler, two vintage faucet handles, two glass door knobs, and assorted tiles. A wooden Pepsi crate is also included.

• Due to the nature of this item, it is not available for transfer or shipping. The winning bidder must make arrangements to pick up this item during the scheduled pickup time listed for this sale. Please bring assistance if needed. Located in basement with two steps to driveway access.

• Please note, this is an item that may be especially difficult to move and/or transport. Unless shipping arrangements are available and made by the winning bidder, that individual is advised to bring appropriate assistance, vehicle, proper materials, and any necessary tools to pickup.
