Vintage Hand-painted Nippon Porcelain Vanity Accessories
Item Details
A selection of vintage Nippon porcelain vanity accessories including a hair receiver, a covered cotton ball dish, and a rectangular tray with curving corners. The pieces feature hand-painted purple and white floral patterns on pale blue bands with gilt accents. They are marked ‘Nippon’ under a blue rising sun emblem and were produced 1920-30s. Also included is a porcelain hat pin holder with a purple and blue floral design and no visible maker’s mark.

- to Fair; significant wear to gilding; discoloration of rim to cotton ball dish; chips to tray.
